There is only one way to reduce these incidents, and that is YOU! You must take the necessary steps and precautions to prevent yourself from becoming a victim or statistic. This unique self defense program was delveloped to give you the advantage in any hostile situation that you may find yourself in and give you the edge to survive. Featured on NBC 33/40 News, this is not your average women's self defense course. This special program takes into consideration the proper mind-set needed to use your personal self defense techniques effectively, the physical differences, strengths and weaknesses in the male and female anatomy, deception tactics, vehicle, home safety and more. In regards to the self defense techniques taught, this course focuses on the (5) most vulnerable points of the male anatomy, that when struck, will incapacitate, immobilize or kill an attacker if necessary.

Panic Attack!!

Note: Panic Attack is the highlight of Fight, Flight or Freeze. Itbrings all of your training together and puts you in the attack with the attacker!
WARNING - VERY REALISTIC ATTACK SENARIOS!!!
The attacker is outfitted in full protective gear, which allows you to fight and deliver full force blows, strikes, kicks, elbows, etc! Your classmates cheer you on to victory as you fight to survive!
But don't be fooled! - Our attacker will try to overpower you and take you to the ground!!!
This is a complete course in womens self defense and is 3 hours in length. A Certificate of Completion is awarded at the end of this course. A special prize drawing is held at the top of each hour which allows each participant the chance to win great door prizes to include but not limited to:

What To Wear:
